This adorable, one bedroom cottage was the old summer kitchen of a historic home that burnt down many years ago.  It features a galley kitchen, bedroom with loft storage, bathroom with shower & washer/dryer unit, living room, cellar, storage shed, and an old grain bin creatively used by previous tenants to house chickens, dry garlic, etc.
 

Rent includes lawn care, use of our dumpster 1/4 mile down the road, and minimum water.  Tenant responsible for internet, electric, propane, and extra water.
